- ExitCred traffic exchange with paid ad slots
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use Traffic Odyssey only for lawful purposes. You may NOT:
- Promote illegal activities, products, or services
- Submit content containing malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Use our services to spam, harass, or abuse other users
- Promote hate speech, violence, or discriminatory content
- Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresent your identity
- Violate intellectual property rights or copyrights
- Promote adult content, gambling, HYIPs (High Yield Investment Programs), ponzi schemes, or any "get rich quick" scams
- Attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit our systems
- Create multiple accounts to abuse our services or referral system
We reserve the right to review all submitted content and remove any material that violates these terms. Accounts found in violation may be suspended or permanently terminated without refund of any paid services.
6. Content Ownership and Responsibility
You retain ownership of all URLs, links, and content you submit to Traffic Odyssey. However, by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content through our platform.
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy and legality of all content you submit
- Ensuring you have rights to promote the URLs you add
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
- The destinations and content of all links you share
Traffic Odyssey is not responsible for the content of external websites linked through our platform. However, we reserve the right to remove any links we deem inappropriate or in violation of these terms.
7. Payments and Fees
Traffic Odyssey offers both free and paid services:
Paid Services (ExitCred Ad Slots):
- Slot 2: $25.00 USD per year
- Slot 3: $15.00 USD per year
- Payments are processed securely through PayPal
- Subscriptions automatically renew annually unless cancelled
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account
- All fees are in US Dollars and are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy
Payment Terms:
- All fees are clearly disclosed before purchase
- Payment must be completed before access to paid features is granted
- You authorize us to charge your selected payment method
- We reserve the right to change pricing for new subscriptions with reasonable notice
- Existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes before renewal

8. Referral Commissions
Traffic Odyssey offers a referral commission program for paid services:
- 30% commission on paid ExitCred ad slots purchased by your direct referrals
- Commissions are tracked automatically when referrals use your referral link
- Commissions are paid weekly (every Sunday) via PayPal
- $10 minimum payout threshold – commissions below this amount roll over to the next week
- You must have a valid PayPal email address in your account to receive payments
- We reserve the right to withhold commissions earned through fraudulent means or self-referrals
- Commission structures may change with reasonable notice to members
- Unpaid commissions from terminated accounts may be forfeited
9. FTC Compliance and Earnings Disclaimer
Earnings Disclaimer
Traffic Odyssey provides tools and services for traffic generation and online marketing. We make no guarantees regarding income, earnings, or results from using our platform. Success depends on individual effort, marketing skills, audience quality, and numerous factors outside our control.
Typical user earnings: Most free members earn little to no income. Members who actively promote, upgrade to paid slots, and build referral networks may earn commissions, but results vary widely. Any income examples or testimonials represent exceptional results and should not be considered typical.
Affiliate and Referral Disclosure
Traffic Odyssey's referral program pays 30% commissions on paid services purchased by direct referrals. This constitutes a financial relationship that must be disclosed in accordance with FTC guidelines and similar regulations worldwide.
Member Responsibilities: If you promote Traffic Odyssey or any other products/services through our platform:
- You must disclose any financial relationship or commission arrangement when promoting affiliate links
- You must not make false or misleading claims about earnings potential
- You must comply with FTC guidelines (U.S. members), ASA guidelines (U.K. members), and applicable regulations in your jurisdiction
- Testimonials or income claims must be truthful and represent typical results, not exceptional outcomes
No Guarantee of Results
Traffic Odyssey does not guarantee:
- Specific traffic volume, quality, or conversion rates
- Any particular income or earnings from using our tools
- Success in building a referral network or downline
- That traffic generated will result in sales or sign-ups
- That paid ad slots will generate any specific number of views or clicks
Your results depend on: The quality of your offers, marketing skills, time invested, audience targeting, and many other factors. Past performance by other members does not predict your future results.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, features, functionality, logos, and branding on Traffic Odyssey are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute our platform's code or design
- Use our branding or logos without written permission
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
- Create derivative works based on our platform
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Traffic Odyssey is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Specific traffic volume or quality results
- Any particular income or earnings from using our tools
- The accuracy or reliability of third-party content
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traffic Odyssey and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. - Inactivity for extended periods (over 12 months)
- Any reason at our sole discretion
Paid Services: If your account is terminated for violation of these terms, you forfeit any remaining paid service period without refund. If we terminate your account for reasons other than violation of terms, we may provide a prorated refund at our discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We may delete your account data, though some information may be retained for legal or administrative purposes.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Traffic Odyssey after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
